I go with my mum and my teacher and with my frens and with my dogs.
We drive ther with a hilax we sit at the back of the truck. We don’t have seats or belts! Sometimes we go in a game drive which does have seats but no belts. 11 people can sit in a game drive so it has lots of room!
Yesterday we saw a leopard, it was trying to hunt a warthog. We drove off the track to the leopard and we also saw zebras, impala , wildebeest . On the way we sang some songs. And when we got to the swimming pool there were loads of elephants right there. We had to make loads of noise so the elephants ran away. We sang the hokey cokey to scare them off! We tried to take a picture of the leopard, it was in the grass in the shade.
Just before seeing the leopard our teacher got out of the car and took a picture of all of us for the blog!
We have new children who have never been swimming before and we took them there, I think they were very excited to see the pool and swim there and they enjoyed it, there names are Wangu and Albert. My little brother also jumped in the pool. His name is Adam. He uses a noodle because he is still learning and his is young. At school we call the older children the Jackals and the younger children the Bush Babies.
I did a front flip into the swimming pool, here is a video of it. And my friend Luca also did a front flip, there is a video of him doing it too.
It is fun because we see lots of wild animals and we drive through the bush and up and down a river.
It is not so fun becos it is bumpy and hot.

Did you know that a warthog can kill a cheetah with its tusks. Warts hogs are actually very dangerous and strong. Its funny when they run because their tails go high up.

Wow Jamie! what a brilliant blog entry! It was soooo interesting I had to keep reading it, then I read it again I enjoyed it so much! I thought it was funny that you sang the Hokey Cokey to the elephants, had they been using the swimming pool water to squirt themselves? Please, tell teacher Ellie to be careful when she gets out of the car, especially if there is a leapord about! Looking forward to visiting you all in a few weeks time. Well done for your excellent writing, looking forward to the next entry.
Love from Mama Ellie
Ps the photos are great, but I don't think the video uploaded.
